Most recently, as Chief Customer & Brand Officer at Macy’s, he oversaw consumer franchise and marketing strategies to drive growth and transformation. Rich previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Toys R Us, Zales, and De Beers.

With experience managing marketing budgets of $2B+ and high-performing teams of 1,250 or more, his expertise spans global and international roles in E-commerce, retailing, luxury goods, and consumer-packaged goods.
