|AutoNation Announces November 2010 Retail New Vehicle Unit Sales|

AutoNation, Inc. (NYSE: AN), America's largest automotive retailer, today announced that its retail new vehicle unit sales in November 2010, as reported to the applicable automotive manufacturers, totaled 15,511, an increase of 16% as compared to November 2009. Retail new vehicle unit sales in November 2010 for AutoNation's operating segments were as follows:
For the first two months of the fourth quarter of 2010, AutoNation's retail new vehicle unit sales, as reported to the applicable automotive manufacturers, totaled 33,041, a 15% increase as compared to the same two months last year.
AutoNation will report December and full year retail new vehicle unit sales on Tuesday, January 11, 2011.
