Senior Vice President, Customer Care
Alan McLaren is Senior Vice President, Customer Care, responsible for service, parts, collision and customer care training. Mr. McLaren joined AutoNation in January 2012, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the automotive industry developed across both retail and wholesale sectors of the business. Prior to joining AutoNation, he was a senior executive at Mercedes-Benz USA, serving as Vice President, Customer Services and President, Mercedes-Benz, Manhattan since 2007. Prior to this, he worked for DaimlerChrysler Australia/Pacific, PACCAR Australia and Cummins Engine Company in roles of increasing responsibility in various technical, sales, marketing and general management capacities.
