Coleman Edmunds oversees a number of areas of the Legal Department, including transactions, securities, finance, compliance, litigation, labor and employment and government relations. Mr. Edmunds joined AutoNation in 1996 and has served as Deputy General Counsel since 2000. Prior to joining AutoNation, he was in private practice with the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Edmunds has a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, a law degree from the University of Richmond and masters of law degree from the University of Miami.
